1. How can I know the shipping cost of the product?  ( Details)
 
2. Can you make an invoice according to the customer's requirements ?
Yes, we usually make shipping invoice as customer's request, such as goods description, goods value etc.
 
3. If I placed an order on Mastar, payment has been confirmed, but i just forgot 2 items, how should I do?
You can contact our sales and tell him/her the additional items, he/she will make a PI for you. After receiving your payment, we will arrange it and ship the goods out together.
 
4. What can I do if some products I ordered are out of stock?
Szmastar will try to keep all products in stock. However, some certain products can’t be guaranteed because there are not plenty of goods on our market, products prices are't stable or etc.
If the product is out of stock, our sales will inform you via e-mail promptly. You can choose to wait for it, apply for a refund, change similar products or add balance used in your next order. Please note that if you wait for the product, it may take a longer time to deliver the goods to you.
 
5. How can I track my order?
Two ways are available for you to track your order:
Once your goods are sent out, we will inform you the tracking number in time by email or other ways.
